Blogging Monies Part 6 – How To Be A Productive Blogger And Create Your Content On Schedule

blogger scheduleWelcome to the sixth part of the Blogging Tutorial Series by KJRocker.com. In this part of the series, you are going to learn about how to keep writing content for your blog consistently so that you can keep consistent traffic coming to your blog, which will result in consistent profit for you.

Content is the main commodity on the internet. Without it, the internet is nothing. So, it’s also the main commodity of your blog. Without it, your blog is nothing. But, it’s not just content that you need to create. You need to be consistent in publishing new content to your blog. You can’t just publish some content and then leave your blog for years without updating any new content on it. If you do that, don’t expect any good traffic to come to your blog. People will simply avoid reading your blog if it’s not being updated regularly. So, you have to learn about how to consistently produce content for your blog. Here are some tips you can follow to be a productive blogger and create your content on schedule:

1. Start With Small And Consistent Effort.

It is better to succeed at small efforts rather than to fail at a big effort. Don’t try to be a super productive writer at the start, thinking that you can write 5 blog posts in a day on your first day. No, you better go for small and consistent effort that will build gradually. It’s a habit. If you want to build a good habit, start small. And then, you can expand from there. So, if you can’t write one blog post per day, start with writing a half blog post per day. How’s that sound? That sounds good if you can do it.

2. Find The Right Time To Write.

You have to recognize the best time for you to write. You know, you have to find out the time that will allow you to write freely without distraction. This is important. Writing is mostly a mental activity. So, you absolutely need a clean mind if you want to write a good post for your blog. For that, you need to find the right time to write. Once you find it, you can focus all the writing process in that time. It will be your most productive moment in your day.

3. Create A Realistic Schedule.

Now, create a realistic schedule about when you will publish your new blog post. For instance, if you are writing your post in the morning, you might want to create a schedule to publish your post every 10 AM in the morning. If you only work on weekdays, you can create a weekly schedule about what to write each week and when to publish each piece of writing. Just remember to be realistic about it. Create the schedule only if you can fulfill it. Otherwise, it’s just a waste of time and space.

4. Adjust Your Plan When Necessary.

Remember that everything is not written in stone. You can always change your plan or schedule whenever it is necessary for you to do so. You can always adjust it so that you can keep up with it better each day. The goal is to execute your plan as effectively as possible. The better you can execute your plan, the better it will be for your blog. You will allow your blog to grow every day.

5. Take A Break When You Need It.

You don’t need to force your body and mind to work on your blog all days. Don’t be too attached with your blog since it won’t give you any peace of mind in the end. And then, when you are too worked up, you will end up being lazy again the next day. So, it’s better to take a break when you need it. Listen to your body. If you have enough rest in your blogging activity, you will keep your productivity on a stable condition.

You can be a more productive blogger when you follow the tips above. Consistent content update in your blog will bring about consistent traffic to your blog. This is your aim.

For the next part in the series, you will learn about how to plan your blog monetization. It’s time to start making money.

Blogging Monies Part 5 – How To Write Fascinating Blog Content

Welcome to the fifth part of the Blogging Tutorial Series, and here, you are dealing with the meat of your blog—your blog content. In this part of the series, you will learn about how to keep your readers feel excited with your blog by creating content that they’d love to read.

Most people say that content is the meat or lifeblood of your blog. Without it, your blog will simply die and nobody cares about it. With it, your blog will live and start making big bucks. The only thing that you need to when creating content for your blog is that you need to make it fascinating to read. That’s it. When your readers feel excited to read your content, you’ve done your work as a blogger. They’ll come back to your blog again and again. So, how can you make this happen? Here are some simple tips that will help you to write fascinating blog content:
blog content

1. The Value Of Entertainment

Your blog content needs to have the entertainment value for your readers. Think about your blog like a TV program, only that it consists of text as its main content instead of audio video. Remember that it’s not only the informational value that you have to give to your readers, but the entertainment value as well. Most successful blogs are successful because they are entertaining to read. So, try to change the way you write your content. Information is important, but making your readers feel satisfied with your content is also important.

2. Grab Attention All The Time

When you write a piece of content for your blog, you have to be able to grab your readers’ attention all the time. Yes, all the time. If you can only grab their attention in the headline, then you’ll not going to make them read your content. You have to make everything that you write so interesting that it will keep your readers glued with it. The easy way to make it happen is to write in a relaxed style. You don’t need to be too nervous with what you are writing. Nobody is going to judge your writing.

3. Create Outline To Keep The Flow

Many bloggers don’t create outline before they write their blog content. As a result, they are prone to writer’s block problem. You know, outlining is very important in blogging as it will help you to map things that you’re going to write in your blog. Also, it will keep your content in the flow so that you will not write your content sluggishly. You’ll write it smoothly from start to finish because you know what you’re going to write. This is the main benefit of outlining.

4. Sparking The Willingness To Discuss Further

Your content should be able to make your readers want to comment on it. It’s important to keep your blog post active so that search engines will keep checking your post and update your rank for the better. Blog activity is one of the secrets of successful blogging. If you can keep your blog active with comments and discussions, you will be able to attract more traffic toward your blog.

5. Create A Lively Conversation

Lastly, you should be able to converse with your readers with your content. Your content shouldn’t be just a one-way communication between you and your readers. It should stimulate two-way communication. In fact, you should write your content as if you are conversing with your friend. That will make your content very friendly to read, and people will like it. The truth is that you don’t need to be cold to your readers. Be friendly and try to establish real conversation through your blog content.

If you follow the tips above, you’ll be able to write fascinating blog content that your readers will be addicted to read. They will want to read more and more from your blog if you just can keep their interest with your content.

The next part in the series will talk about how to keep being consistent in writing your blog content. You shouldn’t miss it.

Blogging Monies Part 4 -How To Choose The Right Theme For Your Blog

Welcome to the fourth part of the Blogging Tutorial Series from KJRocker.com. In this part of the series, you are going to learn about how to pick the right theme for your blog.

genesis themeYou know, you can’t run your blog with an old and unappealing theme. Most people say that it is the content that matters. But, for your success in blogging, it is not just content that matters. It is also how your blog looks. People will find your blog even more appealing if they can see a good looking blog with awesome content in it. So, it’s important for you to choose your blog theme carefully. There are lots of premium themes out there, but which one will you use? Here are some tips to choose the right theme for your blog:

1.Theme Features And Functionality

Many theme designers are offering features and functionality that other themes do not have. You have to carefully take a look at those features and functionality because they can really help you to create a successful blog later. For instance, some themes offer SEO functionality and features that could help you to climb higher into the top search engine rank more easily. What you need to do is to find the theme that will give you the best performance in the search engine. This is the main feature that you really need from your blog theme.

2.Full Control

Be sure that you can control your blog fully with your theme. Some themes only offer limited customizations and you can’t do anything to change much of the look of your blog. It would be better to choose a theme that you can customize freely and easily without the need to learn much about PHP, CSS, or HTML. Pick the theme that will give you more options for customization so that you can make your blog unique from the rest. This blog currently us using Genesis Theme and it really makes things to customize things and is very amazing theme.

3.Premium And Professional Look And Feel

The theme should be able to make your blog look professional. You want your readers to trust the content that you are writing in your blog. To do that, you have to create a good impression right from the start when they visit your blog. So, if you can make your blog look professional, your readers will perceive your blog as a trustworthy and reputable blog. Also, the theme shouldn’t look like any free theme or common theme that you can find and download easily online. It needs to have a premium feel on it.

4.Flexibility And Comfort

Make sure that you are picking the theme that is easy to read and flexible to customize. User experience is a big goal for you, and if you can’t make your readers to enjoy reading your blog, you will not be able to attract more of them. You need to choose a theme that is adapted for various devices and browsers. You don’t want to leave any reader behind. Whether they are reading your blog from an iPad, smartphone, or desktop PC, you want them to be comfortable with your blog.

5.Personalization

Lastly, you want a theme that offers you unlimited personalization options to make your blog uniquely yours. You want a theme that distinctly look different from others. You don’t want the same old theme that you see so often in many other blogs. So, even though the other blogs are using the same theme as you, your readers will not notice that. It is also a good idea to hire your own theme designer to make everything unique to your blog. That will be a plus.
When you are able to choose the right theme, you will be able to create better impression for your readers. It’s not only about how your blog look. It’s also about how people will perceive your blog, whether they will trust your blog or not. It’s very important for your blogging business.

We recommend Genesis , Optimize press to be used as word press themes ..
The next part of the series will deal about content creation. Don’t you feel excited?

Advertising Competitive Analysis with AdClarity

AdClarityBecause it is so profitable (and, some would argue – so easy!), the online advertising ecosystem has gotten fiercely competitive.  Ensuring your continued (or newly found) success in it depends on constantly monitoring your competitors and the industry as a whole.  But constantly monitoring and analyzing uses up your resources.  How can you constantly be in the know without sacrificing the time you need to work on your own media plans?

The answer is, naturally, getting someone else to do it for you.  But hiring and training people comes with its own headaches.  And humans are error-prone and require a lot of time to manage . . . No, you don’t need employees – you need ROBOTS!

Enter AdClarity’s Advertising Competitive Analysis.  This automated system is a god-send in its ability to track the industry, monitor competitors, reduce test budgets, and save time.

How does it do this? Basically, it uses principles of competitive intelligence and applies them to advertising.  AdClarity monitors the display ecosystem and aggregates immense amounts of data into meaningful and useful information you can use to:

1.Find new traffic sources

By analyzing competitors’ successful traffic sources, you can find new markets to target, new publishers to use, new networks to mediate through, and much more.

2. Avoid costly mistakes

By keeping up with test campaigns your competitors (and other industry players) run, you can avoid the tests that don’t work.  This saves you both time and money.

3.Learn from others

By revealing the messaging, offering, creative designs, and networks that others work with, you can deduce what works for them.  This way, you can easily duplicate (and improve on!) their success.

4.Be in the know

You don’t have to manually research the industry.  Automatic updates find you any time a competitor launches a new campaign in a new market, a network launches a new media initiative, or any other important event occurs.

5.Get connected to the right people

When you use MI to find the sites and networks you want to work with, AdClarity can give you the correct contact details for the people you need to connect with.  No more filling out generic contact forms.  No more calling the main number and being stopped by the gatekeeper.  You get access to the right person’s name, email, and phone number.

Blogging Monies Part 3 -How To Install WordPress Without Hassle

This is the third part of the Blogging Tutorial Series from KJRocker.com. In this part of the series, you will learn about how to install WordPress blogging platform easily.
However, before you do that, you should understand that WordPress is the best blogging platform of choice that you should use. Why? That’s because there are other blogging platforms out there, and they are not as good as WordPress. This is a plain and simple reason. You can’t use Blogger if you are really serious about what you are doing. Neither should you use other free blogging platforms, even WordPress.com. If you are ready to build your own blogging business, establish your blog for yourself and don’t rely on any free third-party service providers that only want to put some ads in your blog later.
So, we are back with WordPress. You can do much with WordPress. You’ve got thousands of plugins to use. You’ve got thousands of themes to pick. You’ve got better optimization for the search engine. You’ve got better customization to control how your blog will look. And there are more benefits that you can get by using WordPress as your blogging platform. But, more importantly, you will own your blog and have full control of it. Moreover, installing and using WordPress is not a difficult thing to do. Once you’ve installed WordPress on your server, you will be able to easily manage your blog, thanks to its easy-to-use dashboard.
Here is the simple step-by-step instruction to install WordPress on your server:

1. Installing WordPress Through Automatic Installer

Within the CPanel dashboard, you will find automatic installer for WordPress such as Softaculous, Fantastico, or SimpleScript. It will depend on your web hosting company. But, once you’ve located the automatic installer on your web hosting CPanel dashboard, you can begin the install process immediately by choosing WordPress on it. Follow the installation instruction and fill the required fields according to your preference and you’re done. Your WordPress installation is ready to use.

2. Installing WordPress Manually

This step is not recommended since it will potentially confusing for beginners. But, if you don’t have any automatic installer for WordPress installed in your server, you can manually install WordPress using these steps:
– Download WordPress package at WordPress.org. Make sure to download the latest version of WordPress. It’s free.
– Then, you need to unzip the WordPress package that you’ve downloaded. Once unzipped, you need to transfer the files to your server using FTP protocol. It works just like when you want to transfer files to your website. Put the installation at the public_html folder in your server. If you want to put your blog in a directory within your website, just create a new directory within this public_html folder.
– Then, go to MySQL to create a new database for your WordPress installation. Once the database is created, go to the URL of your WordPress installation (for example: yoursite.com or yoursite.com/blog) to run the WordPress installation.
– From there, you will need to create a configuration file for your WordPress blog and once you’ve done this, you can run the WordPress installation as shown below, And You’re done.

wordpress database
It is always recommended for you to install the WordPress platform manually as in my experience automatic installs sometimes create problems , If you choose to install your WordPress platform manually, it’s not that hard. It’s just the same process as the automatic installer. The only thing that you need to do is to do things manually.
The next part in the Blogging Tutorial Series will talk about how to make your blog look good by choosing the right theme for it. So, keep learning.

Blogging Monies Part 2 – Basic Guidance To Choose The Right Web Hosting Service

Welcome to the second part of the Blogging Tutorial Series from KJRocker.com. In this part of the series, you are going to learn about how to choose the right web hosting service for your blog.
You know, there are hundreds of web hosting services that you can choose. They offer basic functionalities, but usually they have different performance and features that you’ll get from their service. Also, the pricing can be so competitive that you will have difficulty to choose the right web hosting service that will fill all your blogging needs. Here are some tips that you can follow to choose the right web hosting service for your blog:

1. Popularity And Reputation

When choosing a good web hosting, you should take a look at the company’s popularity and reputation among its users. Whatever web hosting that you want to use, first you have to ask yourself whether this company is popular or not. And then, ask yourself whether it is reputable or not. If you stick with these two criteria, you’ll be able to filter all the bad web hosting services that you might find online. So, first you have to take a look at the track record of the company.

2. Features And Performance

This is the next thing that you should take a look. What are the features and how is the performance of the service? Make sure that they offer the features that you need for your blog. For instance, it is good to have a web hosting that uses CPanel as well as one-click installation for WordPress. Also, it is always good to use a web hosting that has 99.99% uptime guarantee so that you can ensure that your blog is always online.

3. Security And Upgrade

You have to protect your blog from any third-party intrusion. You might not consider it important the first time you start your blogging business, but once your blog gets bigger, you’ll see that it will become increasingly more important. So, choose a web hosting service that offers maximum security for all your files as well as the server that you are using. Don’t forget to ensure that you will be able to easily upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan later. This will save a lot of hassles when you move your shared hosting plan into a dedicated hosting plan later.

4. Pricing And Guarantee

Now, you have to ask whether the price they are asking you is affordable or not. Many web hosting providers offer competitive pricing that makes it hard for you to decide. But, it’s simple to decide which web hosting provider offers better service than the others. First, you have to ensure that they don’t charge hidden fees for the service that you are using. Beware that some web hosting providers may actually charge hidden fees for the additional usage of their server. Second, you have to see whether they are confident enough to give you a money back guarantee for their service. If they are giving you at least 30-day money back guarantee, then you can be sure that it is a good and trustworthy web hosting service.

5. Reliability And Customer Service

Lastly, take a look at how reliable they are in tackling your problems with their service. Ideally, you should be able to contact their customer service anytime, 24/7. If they are a good service provider, they will respond to you as soon as possible—usually within 24 hours—and they will tackle your problems immediately. If you see a sign that they are not answering your email or picking up your call, then beware that it might be a shady web hosting service provider that you should avoid to use.
By following the tips above, you’ll be able to pick the best web hosting service for your blog. Remember that your goal is to be able to find a service that can sustain your blog for long-term and give your blog the best performance possible. You also want the service to be reliable that you can always count on it every time you encounter a problem with the service.

My recommendations

If you are starting out from scratch and have less budget you can start with Host Gator  baby plan which offers shared hosting at $6.36 /Month but if you are serious about your business and can afford to pay for VPS i highly recommend Managed VPS Package from WiredTree (This blog is hosted on WiredTree) and i love them because of their best customer support and top notch service . I have tried many hosting services to how my blogs how ever no other service could provide me service like wired tree does .

So you got your motivation ? In this first part of the series, you’ll learn about how to choose a good name for your blog.

So, you’ve come into the idea that blogging might be profitable for you, and you have already selected a niche you will write about  and you want to build your blogging business right away. Don’t be careless, my friend. If you want to build a successful blogging business that will be able to give you steady amount of profit later, you should begin by choosing a good name for your blog. Well, most people who are started blogging will just pick any name that comes to their head, without much thinking. But, you have to know that your blog name will become your brand later. So, think carefully before picking a name for your blog. It has to be catchy and easy to remember. Here are some tips to choose catchy domain name for your blog:

1. Keep It Relevant With Your Niche

No matter what your niche, keep your blog name relevant to it. Don’t make it sound cool and irrelevant. Make it sound cool and relevant. Include one keyword that is familiar in your niche and combine with other word that will make your name unique and catchy. For instance, if your niche is skin health, then use the word skin within your blog name. You can also replace this word with another relevant word, such as beauty. Just be creative with it.

2. Make People Remember It Easily

The name must be memorable. This is a very important rule if you want to make your blog popular later. It means that you need to make others to remember your blog name easily. Of course, you will remember your own blog name, but it’s not a priority. You have to make others—your audience—to keep your blog name in their head, not you.

3. Ask Your Friends About Your Domain Name

You will not know whether people will remember your blog name or not without asking them about it. So, introduce your blog name to some of your friends and ask them what they think about the name. Can they remember it? Is it cool and catchy enough? If so, then you’re good to go. You can also ask for your friends’ opinions to choose a good blog name among several names that you’ve brainstormed on your list. It will be a real help to determine which one is good for your blog.

4. Check Out The Thesaurus For Variations Of Words

The words that you use might already be used by other people, so you have to keep a thesaurus handy in case you want to find other synonyms for your name. Sometimes, this will help you to polish your blog name and make it sound better. You can also use online dictionaries to find some catchy words that you can use in your blog name.

5. Keep It Short And Sweet

You should make your blog name short and sweet. Do not make it too long. Two words in your domain name is enough to create a unique name that people will remember. The maximum words that you can put on your blog name should be three. More than that, and your blog will sound funny.

Once you’ve picked your blog name, go to Name Cheap or any other domain registrar that you prefer and check the availability of your name. It is always better to choose a .com extension, but .net is also okay. If your chosen domain name is not available, you can try another name on your list. That’s why it’s good for you to have some backup names that you can use later.

The next part of the series will cover about how to choose the right web hosting service for your blog. So, stay tuned.

Topics Could Be the ‘New Keywords’ in 2014?

On the final day of 2013, Google was granted a patent that immediately created a buzz in the SEO world. The patent in question was titled, “Search Query Results Based Upon Topic” – which is enough to give you a good idea as to what it was about.
The idea of providing search results based on a more general topic rather than more specific keywords is not new, but often misunderstood.

For example, a search with the keyword ‘wrecking ball’ could be considered to be part of a topic dealing with demolition and construction. At the same time, it is a new song by Miley Cyrus from her album Bangerz and so could be part of a topic dealing with the artist or album too. Where a conventional search engine would online return results that had the keyword ‘wrecking ball’, a topic-based search engine would return results that were part of the topic and may include words such as ‘demolition’, ‘Miley Cyrus’ or ‘Bangerz’.

How Soon Will Topics Be Rolled Out?

Although many SEO experts have already started to notice that Google’s results often don’t match all the keywords in a query ever since the Hummingbird update – it doesn’t look like it is using topics as yet.

The technical scale of being able to link keywords to topics is massive and would require a constantly-updated database. Of course, it is well within Google’s means to accomplish this, but it is safe to say that it will take time for them to do so.

What many suspect is that topics may even be rolled out gradually over the course of 2014. Perhaps Google will even decide to use a combination of topics and keywords to slowly phase it in.

On the other hand, it may also be that a topic-based search is simply one of the many ideas that Google is toying with and they won’t act on it in the near future at all. Suffice to say, until Google actually announces a change or more topic-based results that exclude keywords completely start appearing – it could happen at any time, or not at all!

The brunt of the impact that topic-based searches may have is that they could possibly eliminate keyword-targeting entirely. Again, the details will only be known when Google makes them available or makes the shift.

Rules to Live By When Link Building in 2014

Its been a while since i posted about Blogging specially link building, So i thought it would be a good idea to post something about link building for my folks using SEO to drive traffic. Links are still just as important as ever to SEO in 2014, but only if handled properly. As many people are starting to realize, the wrong kind of links could end up being more of a liability than an asset, and result in Google taking action.

The worst part is: If action is taken against your website, it could take months before it recovers. Recently Google’s John Mueller said, “Over time (and this process can take months), as our algorithms re crawl the affected URLs, reprocess the links found on the web, and update their data, they’ll be able to take the new state into account.

Do Not Spam Links

In simple terms: Spamming does not work anymore. Towards the latter half of 2013 and the first month of 2014, it has become apparent that Google is proactively dealing with what they term as ‘unnatural links’.

As a result, spamming forums, blog comments or article websites with fake or low quality content isn’t going to cut it. Similarly link farms, excessive link exchanges, automated programs, and so on are risky propositions too.

Relevance is Key

Nowadays, using the exact same keyword is a surefire way to set off the alarms for ‘unnatural links’ – but relevance is still as important as ever. Last year Google introduced the concept of ‘Things, not strings’ that emphasized the fact that the links that point to your website should come from websites that deal with a similar topic.

Long story short: Relevance should be real, and not limited to anchor text. The topic of the websites linking to you should be related to the topic of your own websites, and that’s what is important.

Just a week or so ago, Google’s Matt Cutts essentially warned that guest blogging is on the Google Webspam Team radar: “Given how spammy it’s become, I’d expect Google’s webspam team to take a pretty dim view of guest blogging going forward.”

Make no mistake, guest blogging is still going to be an excellent way to gain exposure, reach, and so on – it is just low quality guest blogging resembling spam that seems likely to take a hit.

Create Link-Able Assets

Increasingly, it seems as if the trick for link building on 2014 is going to revolve around creating link-able assets in the form of content or even applications.

Essentially, link-able assets are simply anything that people tend to link to because it is useful, interesting and unique. While such assets are not easy to create by any means, their value is beyond doubt especially since owners of other websites related to yours are likely to link to it – automatically and naturally creating the sort of backlinks that Google wants everyone to have.

Pay Attention to Authority

As far as authority websites with those .gov or .edu domains are concerned – not much has changed in 2014! Backlinks from these websites are just as powerful as ever, though even more so if they are somehow relevant too.

Moving forward it is safe to say that 2014 will probably see Google take even greater measures in an attempt to provide its users with the most relevant results. Throughout 2013 and this early stage of 2014, Google has shown that it is willing to walk to talk in policing its requirements on backlinks.

How to Prevent Trolls From Ruining Your Reputation In Social Media

TrollfaceInternet trolls have become a big part of internet community, and you will likely encounter them often specially on Facebook groups. While most of those cyber slanderers are just people who don’t have anything better to do with their life, they can also proven to be dangerous for your business reputation. When they sneak into your social media circle, be aware that their nasty comments can affect your reputation negatively. Here are 5 ways to prevent trolls from ruining your reputation in social media:

 1. Don’t Deal With Them Personally

Do not ever deal with the trolls personally. It will only feed their ego and it will only create unnecessary flame war between you and them. Of course, other people who are watching this flame war will begin to think differently about your business if you can’t control your response. So, first of all, you need to avoid dealing with them personally. Even better, you can play with them with a laugh, but never completely take them lightly. You need to first compose and take control of yourself in dealing with those trolls. For example personally i got trolled a few times on facebook group but i instead of dealing with them directly contacted group Admins and asked them to deal with the cyber slanderers.

 2. Defend Your Reputation By Answering Their Slanders

If they begin to throw nasty comments regarding your business and trying to destroy your business reputation with their comments, you have the rights to respond back to defend your reputation. But, answering their slanders can be a little tricky. If you do it wrong, they will use your comments as the weapon to attack you back. So, be very careful in answering their slanders. Remember to keep yourself from being too reactive with your comments. Recently i got trolled by a guy from Pakistan because i wished my friends on  Christmas and New Year , The first thing i did was to block him from my facebook and than publishing  followup post on my time line .

 3. Respond With Professional Comment

To clean things up from the mess of those trolls, you have to respond to their comments with professional comment. Yes, use professional language, such as using the word “we” instead of “I.” In this way, you can keep a good image for your business, and if you can consistently show those trolls about your professional stance, you will eventually ride them away. This is a good example: “We are sorry for your inconvenience, Mr. Anonymous. But, please state your problem more clearly as we couldn’t understand it completely. We will try to solve any problem that you have as much as we can. Our customer support will help you to go through the best solution for your problem.”

 4. Report Them From Abusing Their Social Media Account

If they persist in giving nasty comments in your social media page, you should report their account immediately. You can do it with any social media platform available. Just contact the support of the social media site and state your problem with this particular person. Give the copy of his comments that are slanderous toward your company. Most of the time, the support of that social media platform will respond to your report quickly and try to remove the problematic account from your page as soon as possible.

 5. Don’t Be Emotional In Your Reaction

Lastly, you should avoid from becoming too emotional in your reaction. Again, you have to keep your professionalism in place. Remember that you are a representative of your business online, so you should keep the image of your business good. Being too emotional will only make your reputation worse and give even more people the chance to troll you. Keep calm, and prefer to stay quiet unless you have something good to say.
