I really love it when some noob out of no where comes and creates a so called “Exclusive CPA Network ” .I really laugh hard when they do brag out on forums about their networks exclusive offers (nothing else then brokered offers from other networks ) and weekly payouts. I do personally know some of them dumb idiots too , I always laugh when they do tell me they are gonna beat every top affiliate network in the industry .
Thanks to HasOffers one month trail , every one can create his own CPA Network and not only that but on a free one month trail .. Anyone can run a trail CPA Network for one month ..
Now its more worst when such people even have no idea about what they are doing. I know many network work owners who and their affiliate managers have no idea about how to run offers , or about promotional methods at all … Now that’s where they do suck and the main reason they end up very quickly with payment issues .
The main problem for them is fraudulent traffic (which some of them even never realize themselves importance of tracking fraudulent traffic) . As they are new and want to get as much affiliates as they can they offer like weekly payments etc to attract new affiliates . Now how they get offers? Not big secret at all they broker offers from well reputed networks mostly those who also offer weekly payments. Now problem starts when they get affiliates sending them fraudulent traffic and they expect the network from which they broke offers to handle all fraudulent traffic on their behalf. the network to which they are sending traffic Bans them and Boom network falls into cash flow problems . I have personal experience with the owners of these networks that they sometimes even don’t have enough money to launch a offer promotional campaign on any reasonable or any other campaign and they do run a network . Getting a solution to track traffic is a must for every network but what for those who start their own network with a few hundred bucks in pocket. I wish i wish Running a network was that easy …..
Now let me give you a live example , I am a very active and regular member of warriorforums where each and every day a new fraudster comes up and complains about networks , i came across a thread titled :Is AffPaying Support to Maxbounty ? . They guy was telling he owns a network called Linkers home and maxbounty banned him as his affiliates were sending fraudulent traffic , etc Out of curiosity i decided to check out his and his network`s background and here are the results.

Now this is what pisses me off .. when every tom and harry with $100 budget can start off his own CPA Network and scam affiliates hard , No doubt most of affiliates on these networks are fraudsters who send fraudulent traffic etc but i really feel sorry for those innocent and hardworking noobs who get scammed by these networks . Thats the reason i always suggest people to be very choosy when it comes to selecting a network for sending traffic. See traffic is the most expensive asset of an affiliate don’t ever trust some random bob and harry and send them your traffic .. finally a look at Who is data of the so called network

From my research it appears that it has connection with Talha Ahmed who used to own Network Above Max Network and he owns parent so called company of company linkers home network . Talha Ahmed ran away with many affiliates money and i guess it was very easy for him to start off a new network, Here is is old network Above max and it was one of the trail networks i was talking about as you can see when you click on partners log in it goes to hasoffers as they close their account once trail period expired.I personally know this guy he once contacted me requesting em ti join and write about his network on my blog but thanks god i had enough mind to say no and save my commissions .
Why i do suppose this is because first of all both these networks are from Pakistani city Faisalabad , Then the so called company ayayconsultant , Does offers SEO services and i knew that talha offered seo services but here their Profile on Pintrest says all http://pinterest.com/ayayconsultant/activity/
All i can say to affiliates is please do be careful when starting off with a cpa network traffic is money …
